By default, Cases are only accessible to logged in users. Whilst you can create accounts for external users (e.g. a retrofit installer) in Settings > User Management, please note that there is no redaction of sensitive information and all cases will be visible to that user.
Redaction of information and limiting accessible is possible, with either custom configuration or custom development. Please refer to Outlandish or your Nook developer.
