I can’t delete a case Step or Task in Case Journey Settings

If you currently have cases that are already part of a Step or have an associated Task – or if they’ve been associated with one in the past – then you will not be able to delete the Case or Task in the Case Journey settings. This is done to protect data integrity and reporting.

If you absolutely need to delete a Step or Task, please contact Outlandish / your Nook developer.
