There are two main user groups in Nook: Admin and Staff.
The main difference is that Staff users aren’t able to view or manage any settings, including user management, client journey and project configuration. They will also not have an option to delete reporting templates.
Admins, on the other hand, can see the Settings section in Nook and have access to the core CiviCRM menus via the navigation bar (aimed at power users).
