Sharing a Nook configuration between organisations

We want Nook to help organisations get set up with case management tooling quickly. We also want Nook to reduce the effort required of organisations to send up reporting to funders.

To this end, users can export Project configurations out of Nook and manually share them between organisations, giving them the same Questions whilst not sharing any client data. This is useful if you both are funded by the same funder – because it’s a waste for both organisations to set up their project configuration independently.

To export your configuration, go to Settings > Projects > (choose a project) > Export project. This will produce an export file for download.

To import a new project configuration go to Settings > Projects > Import New Project.
