Nook can send your team email notifications to inform them when a new case is added to the Waiting List.
You can select users to receive notifications in Settings > More > Advanced Settings

Note:
- each selected user will receive a (separate) notification email
- emails are triggered for all new cases that arrive in the Waiting List, be they added through the referral form or added manually.
- the one exception is that a user won’t receive a notification if it was they who added the new case through the Nook UI.
