Email notifications

Nook can send your team email notifications to inform them when a new case is added to the Waiting List.

You can select users to receive notifications in Settings > More > Advanced Settings

Note:

  1. each selected user will receive a (separate) notification email
  2. emails are triggered for all new cases that arrive in the Waiting List, be they added through the referral form or added manually.
  3. the one exception is that a user won’t receive a notification if it was they who added the new case through the Nook UI.
